Clasilista.com acts solely as a facilitator for posting ads and enabling communication between parties. We are not involved in the transactions, do not handle direct payments (except for Bitcoin payments processed via CoinPayments, which are subject to their terms), and are not responsible for the quality, condition, or delivery of the products or services advertised.
User Responsibility:
- Before buying or selling, we strongly recommend reviewing the ad description thoroughly, checking photos, and contacting the seller or buyer through the AdForest messaging system to clarify any questions (e.g., “Is it in good condition?” or “Can I negotiate the price?”).
- For used items (such as “Second-Hand Clothing” or “Mobile Phones”), ensure you confirm the condition with phrases like “used but good” or “no issues.”
- Whenever possible, meet in a public place (e.g., a market in Belize City or San Salvador’s Mercado Central) to inspect the item before completing the transaction.
No Returns Accepted:
Since all transactions occur directly between users, Clasilista.com does not accept returns or provide refunds. Any arrangements for returns or refunds must be negotiated directly between the buyer and seller. We encourage setting clear terms before completing a purchase (e.g., “No returns accepted” or “Return only if defective”).
Disputes and Issues:
If an issue arises with a transaction (e.g., an item doesn’t match the description), we encourage you to resolve it directly with the other party. Please refer to our process for resolving issues below.

If you encounter an issue with a transaction on Clasilista.com, please follow these steps:
- Contact the Seller/Buyer: Use the messaging system to communicate directly with the other party. Explain the issue clearly (e.g., “The phone has issues, not as described”) and propose a solution (such as a refund or exchange).
- Document Communication: Save screenshots of messages and photos of the item as evidence of the issue.
- Negotiate a Solution: Attempt to reach a mutual agreement, such as a refund or exchange. Use clear phrases like “Can we negotiate a refund?” or “I’ll return the item if you refund me.”
- Escalate the Issue (If Needed): If you cannot resolve the issue, report the user via our contact form (link to Contact Form 7). Include details and evidence of the issue. While we do not intervene in disputes, we may suspend users who violate our policies (e.g., terms in our banned words list).
