At Clasilista.com, we aim to provide a seamless experience for buyers and sellers across Central America to post and manage their classified ads. This Ad Cancellation Policy outlines the process for canceling or removing ads on our platform.

Posting Ads on Clasilista.com:
Users can post ads for free in various categories, such as “Vehicles,” “Real Estate,” “Jobs,” and more, using the platform. Some ads may be featured for a fee (e.g., paid listings for “Featured Cars”), processed via CoinPayments (including Bitcoin payments).

Ad Cancellation by Users:

  • Free Ads: If you’ve posted a free ad (e.g., “Second-Hand Clothing” or “Mobile Phones”), you can cancel or remove it at any time through your user dashboard. Simply log in, go to “My Ads,” select the ad, and choose the “Delete” or “Remove” option. The ad will be immediately removed from Clasilista.com.
  • Featured/Paid Ads: If you’ve paid for a featured ad (e.g., a listing promoted in “Real Estate”), you may cancel it by removing it from your dashboard. However, no refunds will be provided for the remaining duration of the paid feature, as payments are processed upfront and are non-refundable. Once canceled, the ad will no longer appear on the site.

Ad Cancellation by Clasilista.com:
We reserve the right to remove or cancel any ad that violates our policies, including:

  • Ads containing prohibited content (e.g., items or services listed in our banned words list, such as “drugs,” “weapons,” or “escort services”).
  • Ads reported for fraudulent behavior or misrepresentation (e.g., an item listed as “used but good” but reported as defective).
  • Ads that violate local laws in Central America (e.g., illegal goods in El Salvador or Belize).
    If an ad is removed by us, you may or may not be notified via email or through your dashboard. No refunds will be issued for paid ads removed due to policy violations.

Disputes Related to Ads:
As outlined in our Refund and Dispute Policy, Clasilista.com does not get involved in interactions between buyers and sellers. If canceling an ad is related to a transaction dispute (e.g., a buyer requests cancellation due to non-delivery), you must resolve this directly with the other party. We do not mediate or facilitate cancellations tied to disputes.
